- 1/2 kg beef
- 300 g fungus
- 4-5 large onions
- 2 Kapia pepper or red pepper
- 500 ml tomato juice or 3 tablespoons tomato paste
- Bay leaves, thyme, salt and pepper
In a Teflon pan put oil. Put onion and leave it until become soften and transparent then add the diced peppers.
We leave a few minutes until the peppers becomes soft and then add the mushrooms washed and sliced as you like.
Let them stifle until no juice remains, meanwhile mix in them.
Then add tomato juice or broth.
After another five minutes put it over the meat.
Let the flavors mix well and put spices.
Serve with mashed potatoes and salad.
