- Jalapeno pepper
- Peeled and diced tomatoes
- 2-3 bay leaf
Salt it and put it on the grill, after is done place it in a deep bowl
In a saucepan boil water, add vinegar, bay leaf, thyme, fresh or pickled jalapeno pepper and some peeled and diced tomatoes.Salt is not necessary, and only if needed.
Pour the hot broth in saucepan over the fish, it must cover the fish.
You can serve it hot or cold with polenta if you like.
