Golden Fried Fish Filets

  • 3 Eggs
  • 3/4 c. Flour
  • 3/4 c. Corn Meal
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Pepper
  • 1 lb. Fish Filet (white fish preferred – haddock, sole, cod, etc.)
  • Oil for frying
[/ingredients]In a bowl beat Eggs.

In another bowl combine next five ingredients.

Dip fillets in egg, then coat with cornmeal mixture.

Heat Oil in skillet.

Fry Fish over medium heat for about 3 – 4 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easy with a fork.
