- 3 Eggs
- 3/4 c. Flour
- 3/4 c. Corn Meal
- 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Pepper
- 1 lb. Fish Filet (white fish preferred – haddock, sole, cod, etc.)
- Oil for frying
In another bowl combine next five ingredients.
Dip fillets in egg, then coat with cornmeal mixture.
Heat Oil in skillet.
Fry Fish over medium heat for about 3 – 4 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easy with a fork.
