Roe Salad


  • 100 g fish roe
  • Lemon juice
  • 150 ml salad oil
  • Some water ( Preferably sparkling mineral water )


  1. In a bowl put the fish roe and squeeze some lemon juice.
  2. Add the oil little by little, mixing constantly, with a hand mixer or a wooden spatula. Sprinkle some water in the end. This will make the dip fluffy.
  3. Serve on bread. It goes well with red bell pepper.
