- 100 g fish roe
- Lemon juice
- 150 ml salad oil
- Some water ( Preferably sparkling mineral water )
- In a bowl put the fish roe and squeeze some lemon juice.
- Add the oil little by little, mixing constantly, with a hand mixer or a wooden spatula. Sprinkle some water in the end. This will make the dip fluffy.
- Serve on bread. It goes well with red bell pepper.
