Shrimp and Broccoli Stir Fry

Love the combination of shrimp and veggies! So good. So easy. I added a tablespoon of water to the broccoli and onion mix midway through the cooking time to steam the broccoli a bit. It was perfect. Every bit as good as take out. Served over steamed jasmine rice and had a cucumber side salad.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup fat-free, less-sodium chicken broth
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon dark sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 tablespoon canola oil, divided
1 tablespoon minced peeled fresh ginger
1 tablespoon minced fresh garlic
1 pound peeled and deveined large shrimp
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 cups small broccoli florets
1 cup vertically sliced sweet onion
