Stir Fried Noodles with Shrimp and Vegetables

Great to see a recipe for this! I made it with pork at least once a week, but huge amount, so I’d have it for several days and for any meal. It’s tasty, easy and it is so versatile too.


½ kg shrimp, tail- off
200 grams dry pancit canton noodles
3 cups chicken stock
1 green cabbage head
2 carrots, large size
1 onion
3 garlic cloves
3 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon fish sauce
sliced green onions
lime juice to taste
