Stuffed Cannelloni with minced meat

Ingredients

  • 20 cannelloni tubes (a box of 400 gr)
  • 500 gr minced chicken
  • 1 onion
  • 1-2 kapia
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 100 ml oil
  • 1-2 tomatoes
  • 1 egg
  • 1 can diced tomatoes in sauce
  • Parsley
  • Salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Cook pasta al dente ( Info )
  2. For the filling
  3. Incorporate the minced meat with onion, kapia and tomatoes.
  4. Add spices.
  5. Add egg and parsley finely chopped, mix and fill the cannelloni then place them int a pyrex dish or cake pan greased with oil or butter.
  6. Add diced tomatoes and put the oven for 20 minutes.
  7. When the sauce lower completed with drops of tomato juice or soup.
  8. Sprinkle parmesan on top.
  9. Serve hot
